We provide evidence-based outpatient counseling services via telehealth for adolescents, adults, and families. Our specialties include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
We currently offer telehealth (virtual) counseling services for clients residing in New Jersey and North Carolina.
Can my faith or spiritual beliefs be part of counseling?
Yes. At TheraHope Counseling Center, we take a client-centered approach — meaning your values, beliefs, and personal background guide the counseling process. For clients who wish to integrate their faith or spirituality into therapy, we are able to provide support that honors your beliefs.
What ages do you work with?
In New Jersey, we work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. In North Carolina, we work with adolescents, adults, and families.
What issues do you help with?
We specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, life transitions (such as divorce, relocation, retirement, caregiving, or entering college), and relationship challenges.
What are your fees?
Our standard fees are: Initial intake session: $145 for 60 minutes; follow-up sessions: $145 for 53 minutes. Insurance: We are in-network with select insurance panels (check with us to confirm), and also accept private pay.
